Where is my ticket?

Tickets for evening concerts will usually be emailed approx one week week before the concert. These will need to be presented for entry to the concert – either as a paper print-out or on a device. If you have any problems, please go to the Ticket Desk on arrival at the concert.

We will not be issuing tickets for Coffee Concerts or Totally Toddler! – you will just need to sign-in at the Ticket Desk on arrival.

What are the seating arrangements at each venue?

Seating is unreserved at all of our concerts.

Seating in Tonbridge Parish Church is in pews, with artists performing on a slightly raised dais (about 30cms high) at the end of the nave in front of the chancel. Sight lines can be limited.  There is additional seating is in the side aisles. If you are bringing a child we suggest bringing a cushion and arriving early to get a seat with good sight lines.  Our doors will usually open 45mins before the start of the concert.

Is the seating numbered?

No, seating is unreserved.  Doors will usually open 45mins before the start of the concert.

Please note: For some concerts we hold special pre-concert receptions. On these occasions reception attendees will have early access to the concert venue.

Can I bring my child?

Of course! We recommend our evening concerts to anyone over 7 years.

Our Family Concerts are specifically aimed at primary aged children. They are interactive and accessibly presented – we’ve had dancing in the aisles to Haydn, clapping in 3 parts, and nobody minds if you take a loo break in the middle.

Can I leave my child at a concert while I do something else?

All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We are not set up to provide child protection for unaccompanied children.

Can I cancel my membership?

Membership subscriptions are not refundable.

Can I cancel my ticket?

You can cancel your ticket and get a full refund (minus a small admin fee) up to 24 hours before the start of the performance.  After this we are happy for you to pass your ticket on to someone else to use.
